Legislative and Governmental Relations
Receive legislative representation. IMHA has historically taken a strong stand to promote and monitor legislation beneficial to the Manufactured Housing industry. Our lobbyists work hard to defeat numerous anti-business bills and routinely work with the Indiana legislature to pass legislation that opens new opportunities for our industries.

Communication
Manufactured Housing members receive a complimentary subscription to IMHA News, the association’s biweekly newsletter for the manufactured housing industry.

Association Websites
Visit the association websites at www.imharvic.org and www.yourindianahomes.com, your resource for information on the manufactured housing industry, programs and other current IMHA information. All members receive a complimentary listing.

Continuing Education
To keep up with and ahead of the changing business world, it is necessary to learn new techniques and information. IMHA’s Continuing Education department are developing classes and seminars to be added as the year progresses. Taking advantage of these educational opportunities allows you to update your crucial job skills for a more profitable year.

Networking
We schedule events throughout the year to bring its membership together for fun, fellowship and, most importantly, interaction with other individuals and companies with like goals.  These events have recently included the Day at the Track, Bob Young Sr. Golf Outing and the Annual Christmas Party.

Zoning
IMHA provides members with knowledgeable assistance with zoning and building code questions and issues. Included as part of your membership fee included, free consultation with an experienced and professional planner, code administrator and attorney is available. Whether you have a question about a new zoning ordinance, the application for a new community, what should you do to prepare for that public hearing, local or state building codes, or just need to sit down and talk with someone who has been there, as a member, you can by calling an IMHA professional.

Louisville Manufactured Housing Show
IMHA, along with the state manufactured housing associations of Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio, is part owner in this national manufactured housing show that takes place each year in Louisville, Kentucky.
