Indiana law requires each installation of a manufactured home be completed by a licensed manufactured housing installer. To obtain this license, individuals are required to take part in classroom education as mandated by the Indiana Manufactured Housing Installer Licensing Board. After completing their required education, installers can apply for their installer’s license from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.

Currently, IMHA-RVIC is the only state approved provider for installer licensing education classes.
